Our employees are experts in their fields and enjoy the flexibility of small class sizes (with a 4:1 student/teacher ratio, the average class size is 5). All teaching employees are supported by the Learning Specialist, the counseling department, their colleagues, and the School’s Director.

The Smith School is seeking teachers with a minimum of two years teaching experience in their field. A degree in the teaching subject area is mandatory. In implementing a college preparatory curriculum we are looking for educators who are confident in their content area knowledge, adept with the integration of technology, invigorated by the process of collaboration and experienced in implementing differentiated instruction for students with a range of learning needs.
